If your question is specific to a project, send it over. We would rather give a clear answer than make you decode agency language.
Common questions
01What does Shaxx Digital do?
+
We design and develop custom-coded websites, improve search visibility, manage paid campaigns, and create practical brand systems.
02Who is Shaxx Digital best for?
+
We are a strong fit for local and service businesses that value clear thinking, direct collaboration, and a polished digital presence.
03How much does a website cost?
+
Small website projects start at $600. Larger sites begin at $1,200 or $2,000 depending on content, page count, and complexity.
04How long does a website take?
+
A focused small-business site can often launch in two to four weeks once content and feedback are moving. Larger scopes take longer, and the timeline is agreed before work starts.
05Do you offer a guarantee?
+
Yes, two, and they cover different things. On one-time website and brand projects we guarantee delivery: scope, price, revision rounds, and launch date are agreed in writing before we start, and the price does not change unless you ask for work outside that scope. On monthly SEO and voice-agent plans we guarantee the process behind the result: benchmarks are agreed in writing before the first month, and if they are not met at 90 days we keep working towards them at no additional charge. The full terms are on the pricing page.
06Do you use templates?
+
We may use reliable development foundations, but the structure, interface, and presentation are designed for the business. The result is a custom-coded website, not a reskinned marketplace theme.
07Will I own my website and accounts?
+
Yes. Once the project is paid in full, you own the final website deliverables and the business accounts created for you, subject to normal third-party licences.
08Can you improve an existing website?
+
Yes. We can redesign it, restructure the content, improve performance, or focus on the pages that matter most.
09Do I need every service?
+
No. We recommend the smallest useful scope. A strong website may be the first step; search, campaigns, or brand work can follow when they support a clear goal.
