Master Service Agreement

Shaxx agrees to provide the Client with digital agency services, including but not limited to AI voice receptionist deployment, custom web design, marketing automation, and local search engine optimization as detailed in the attached Statement of Work (SOW).

The Agency will utilize its proprietary frameworks and AI integrations to deliver a bespoke, high-performance solution tailored to the Client's specific operational requirements.

Upon receipt of full payment, the Client shall retain full ownership of all final deliverables, including website assets, custom software codebases, and automation workflows generated during the engagement.

The Agency reserves the right to showcase the completed project within its portfolio and case studies, unless a separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is executed prior to commencement.

This Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date and remain in full force until the completion of the services outlined in the SOW. For ongoing retainer services, either party may terminate this agreement with a thirty (30) day written notice.
